About Performance Parties

Rowleys next door is normally closed Saturdays, so we get exclusive use of the venue. It holds about 150, enough for performers, their mates &/or family, and a few non-performers (perhaps contemplating it for next time.) Tickets are sold at a fairly nominal fee, to cover costs.

In the past these parties have had a brilliant atmosphere, with the audience being fantastically supportive. It is a great way to get a bit of experience up on stage in front of an audience. If you haven't yet discovered the buzz of performing, here's a chance. If you have, well then this is a place to try something new, push the envelope a bit in front of the most friendly & supportive audience you will ever find ... all fellow singers & friends.

If you want to perform.................choose a song, fill in an entry form, put it in the box & watch for your name on the list. All the teachers together will choose a line-up with reference to entertainment value & to educational / development value to student.

Only current students (including course & TG) can enter. Naturally not everyone will get a slot... there can only be about 24 at most, so don't be too disappointed if you don't get on the list!

The Rehearsal
Rehearsal is the Sunday before. You can't perform without attending this rehearsal.
